COMMUNICATION

Communication is everywhere, aimed either at you, or aimed from you.  Communication and influence go hand in hand With NLP, awareness of what is happening in communication is a massive component of the basis of its efficacy.

How do you communicate to yourself? We know the answer to this is using at least the five senses that we can verify. But then, two more questions are vital to understand for newcomers to NLP. Can we control what we perceive as automatic responses and; how much of that are you aware of (in other words, do you just feel, x?).  What we mean by this second question is, ‘do you know that you’re doing what you’re doing.

If you’re not committed to learning about the communication continuum, then you will be at the mercy of advertisers, salespeople, parents, children, even pets.
